Part III-001
Q: How can parents help children be organised?
A1: I don’t have any hands-on experience with this but… (or – Well, I can tell you from first hand experience and…)…
in my opinion parents can set a good example. For instance, as well as telling their children to make their bed, parents should first make their own bed, so children can see what they should be doing and then follow suit. On top of that, I think parents should set clear routines for their children to follow. Kids like to have clear boundaries and this can help them organise their time.
Q: Does everything we do need to be well prepared?
A: It depends on the situation and your personality. I think some people thrive on improvising and doing things on the fly. I have heard of some great CEOs who rarely prepare meetings, they prefer to just go with the flow, maybe the reason is they feel too much preparation stifles(窒息) their creativity. That said, other people may feel more confident if they prepare, say a meeting or a speech, well. For them, I guess playing it by ear is just too risky.

To follow suit = to do exactly the same.
Whatever you do, I will follow suit.
Thrive on = to enjoy and succeed doing
I often thrive on running in the rain.
To play it by ear = to improvise / not plan
If you want to play it by ear, you will not succeed forever.
